Tataphotonleague.com not shipping my redeemed gift voucher worth rs. 500, it’s already 2 and half months over, Order number – ORD10025 while they already deducted points from my account

Hi,

I am Pradeep Mishra, a software professional from bangalore, and a Tata Photon Corporate customer from more than one year.
I have ordered Big Bazaar Coupan worth rs 500/- for redemption of my reward points, but it’s still not delivered to my shipping address, I ordered it on 14th december.

Whenever I drop a mail there is no response, and when I am calling to customer care they will not confirm when it will be delivered and no proper response.

I want my coupan delivered ASAP, if they can’t deliver then why they made point redemption scheme.
