I ordered sony television product from tatacliq.com on 11-may-2018 order no 102103513, which i received on 28-may-2018. The sony representative visited on 01-june-2018 and after opening the product found it defective and suggested to return it. I placed the return request on 01-june-2018 and also send the details on 02-june-2018. I was told by tatacliq customer care that it will be picked in 24-28 hours. I sent several communications to tatacliq but they are not picking the defective product and not returning my money. Everytime they say they need another 48 hours and it’s been 13 days now.
Kindly help resolving the issue and i get the refund from tatacliq.
