Sir/Madam,
I had bought new TATA sky HD box from TATA sky website.
Since the day I have bought I have been receiving very bad quality of picture and I have complained to Tata Sky for the same.
My complaint went to tata sky on:

2) 05-Jun-2012 Ref No. 114662467846
3) 07-Jun-2012 Ref No. 114686615655
3) 14-Jun-2012 Ref No. 114686615655
4) 19-Jun-2012 Ref No. 114883020023

For these complaints I have got no response from TATA SKY and every time I get an sms that states that it will be resolved by Mr. Ambrish S Bhope who has never come to my residence.
Also I have had interactions with TATA SKY rep in Goa , who now says he does not have any HD box to replace my faulty HD box.I request your good office to help peruse this case and help me in getting my money back with interest and releive me of this mental stress.
