we are from Shiv Shakti Infradevelopers Pvt. Ltd. 47, IIIrd Floor, Navyug Market, Ghaziabad. We purchased tow tata photon connection on 20th June 2012 and our both tata photon connection was activated on 23 rd june 2012 from the date of activation we had complained many time regarding the speed because company claimed the tata photon speed 3.1mbps but we are getting only 100kbps speed. After many time complaint even no one is solve our problem. till now our tata photon speed is same only 100kbps.
Its request to you please take a suitable action on above metter and make refund our money. The both tata photon noumber and a/c number is as follows No. 9212495835 a/c 914156569 & 9212495586 a/c 914156511
