Tata Photon Slow Speed Problem

Hi,
I took a Tata Photon connection on 22nd May, 2012. I was told that I will be getting good speed internet but now I am getting very low speed internet even less than 100 KBPS per seconds in peak hours. I called the Customer Care of Tata Photon. Initially they investigated and routed my problem to the Network Team saying it is a network problem and Network Team will handle it. After that I did not get any repose from the Network Team. Even after calling several times to the Customer Care no action has been taken and I am still facing the same problem.Please find my details below: –
