For 2 months i have been waiting for service from tata docomo. The reason for this is that the network of photon + in my workplace is unimaginably poor. I have incurred various losses. Trouble ticket has been raised on 9230169212. Complain no. is 308829907. So I hope you will entertain my matter and provide me some compensation for my severe losses.

have similar problem, poor signal slow speed. Customer care says to check speed on speedtest.net. i can hardly connect or maintain connection so how do i check the speed for their benefit or to make them believe that i am having a problem. have created a page ( unhappy photon user) on face book profile -Rayaan Mannan. will upload daily speedtest (if the site loads) plus screen shot that shows signal strength between 40-50% pc on average. presently i am sitting in an internet cafe as cant work from home on that card.
