Dear sir, my name is avikal chauhan , i bought tata photon plus dongle for 1800 rupees.and that time i took plan of 3.1 mbps speed up to 5gb unlimited plan.from last 4 months speed is less than 0.5mbps. i lodged a complain so many times.there engineer came once and they are telling there is a network conjection ( means so many users) are in this area so we cannot do any thing.but they every month they are charging full billing amount.please do needfull to correct it.thanks
