Tata Photon not closing connection.

Hi,

This is Ashutosh Jain from Vadodara. I have my tata photon + registered with name of Saroj Shah.My TATA DOCOMO connection no. is 9228524578

On 28th June,2012 I asked to discontinue my service and make final settlement. In few days , I received a call from their executive and he told me that he offers me a new plan of 350 rs in which 1 gb is with 3.1 mbps and after that i need to dial *228 to increase my speed. I told him to send someone for demo. Meanwhile i never used my tata photon and I was also confuse about this plan so when I received next call around 5th July,I asked them abt this plan, they said the plan is activated and dialing *228 and increasing speed is totally fake thing. So I asked them to discontinue my service and I told them I have not used my tata photon since 1 week so I hope I wont be charged for this new plan that you made applicable from today. She said don’t use your photon until your connection is closed and you will receive a confirmation call from our side about it. Its been more than 5 days, I have yet not received conformation call of discontinuation of service. These guys don’t even reply to the mails sent to them. They did sent me mail for last month usage. But earlier I sent them mail regarding this issue and they didn’t revert back to me.
