Tata Photon+ is not working from 1 month

I have purchased tata photon on 9th oct .Its a post paid plan with number 9243549287 .I am getting very low speed (0.08 mbps) from last 1 month . Even i am not able to browse any site . I have called tata customer care many times and followed all the steps asked by them .After that i have raised a complaint (333681623) and next day i have got a call from tata customer care stating that you are residing in marathalli and we have some network issues in that area so it will take one month in resolving this problem . According to the sms that i have received the resolution time for the current request is 1 dec 2012 .I have sent 2 mails (on 3rd nov and 10th nov)to their email id but i didn’t get any reply .Then i raised a complaint on their site(last week ) again nothing happened . Everyday i calling to their customer care , they keep on saying that till 1st of dec they cannot help . Please help me with this . I have paid 1600rs advance rental for 2 months and i have used internet for just 8 days .
