Rahul Bose(Ph-8981245239) and Samir Mukherjee(8981245204) of Arbees Teleservices(15/2/2d Sweet Land, Jheel Road Kol-700075 Ph-9239392000)took Rs 300 from me telling that I’ll be getting 5 years free internet service as I was the winner of a lucky draw.Then my prepaid connection changed to postpaid and I was not at all informed.And now Tata Photon is not taking any step against them as I don’t have a reciept no. in the bill they gave.Whenever I try to call Tata Photon or those two guys they don’t pick up the phone.
