Dear Sir,
I was using one tata photon plus connection from 2011. In this year March (14/03/2012) I have surrendered the line. After surrender of the line i got a regular bill claiming which was due but after this bill I almost immediately got another bill which was having a figure of 1800+ for which I don’t see any reason and when I asked TATA people they could not provide any good explanation. They kept on saying that I have gone for Anuual Rental from monthly rental and that is why it has came. But I have never opted for any Annual Rental and I only surrendered my connection with written application to their Park Street office on 14/03/2012. I am saying them that I am always agreed to pay my proper dues (ie Rs 543/- for the period I used the connection) but they are saying that I need to pay the full amount which includes the amount for which neither did I nor they have any good explanation.
Request you to help me out in this situation. If there is proper reason I don’t mind paying but if this is TATA PHOTON’s mistake they must admit it.
