I was using Tata Photon data card number 9250071513. Was dis satisfied with the connectivty. Raised various complaints to Tata customer care and nothing happened. Finally they started calling to settle outstanding payment. I refused to pay untill my problem is rectified. I was expecting an engineer visit to check connectivity in my area but there was no visit and Tata gave a damn to my problem.Finally I got a call from collections to make payment and I said I will not pay the amount you can take back the device which cost me rs.2000 at the time of purchase. I could have continued a valued customer with Tata if I would have got services. He said how much I can pay to settle the bill , I said Rs.500. He said I will send my executive. I agreed. No one visited my place or contacted me thereafter. Yesterday I got a call from no. 8470944442 saying that she is Pragya from Tees Hazari court Information centre and she is forwarding my case file. Case Ref AP/860 as per her and gave me ADV.DK Malhotra’s number for further clarifications. I objected this as I have not got any notice from TATA and they threatened me to send court summons now. I have escalated an email to the Appellate authority in Tata but there has been no reply from them. I was given time till 1200 today to make payment. I have done so but I dont think justice has been done as I was forced to pay for services which troubled me. What shall I do. now? I have settled the payment through Net Banking reference Id MUTI2770564065 and sent the confirmation to advocate malhotra on [email protected]. Please help me get justice in this case.
