Tata Motors Assured 2nd hand Vehicle not Transfered from 1 Year

I have purchased the Indigo CS In May 2012 from Millennium Mobility Pvt Ltd, Wakdewadi , Safire Park Galleria, Pune Mumbai Highway, Opposite Shopper’s Stop, Wakdewadi, Shivaji Nagar, Pune, – 411003,

As per agrement of sale the vehicle should get to transfered to me within 45 days of the purchase, but till date with repeated followup the transfer of the ownership is not not yet.

I have contected and communicated many time regarding this but they are not responding.

Please consider may case for the quick resolution of this issue.

I hope I will get the justice soon.
