I took a new connection of tata indicom prepaid scheme of 699/- with new mobile for getting free std services to any mobile and had used only for 1 month. But after that they suddenly increased the amount 699/- to 899/- without any intimation with the margin of Rs. 200 and which is not affordable for me. Now my indicom mobile is like scrap because they incrased the amount to 899 and i m not using. This Tata indicom company has cheated me and also many customer who bught the new mobile (Rs. 2000 onwards) with new connection and recharge with 699/-.
So please take strict action against them, so no-one will suffer like me in future and no other telecom company will do such kind of things.
