Name of company/service: Tata Communications Ltd.
I had taken Tata Communication broadband service on 17 MAY with advance payment of Rs. 4494 . Service worked Ok for 8 days . After that connection went down on 25-MAY-2012 . I made complaint on 26-MAY-2012 . There is no resolution on this complaint event after 1 month 26-JUN-2012 . I had made many calls to Customer Service as well as e-mail. Also made complaint to [email protected] But every time just received common response “your issue has been escalated to our team on priority” But no resolution.
My advise is to not go for this connection in Pune. This is really bad example of service from so BIG name in industry TATA who can’t resolve simple issue even in 1 month.
