TATA DOCOMO WRONG BILLING/CHEATING

Dear Sir/Madam,
I Pravin Kumar a post paid customer of yours with no. 9035056320. one month back your executive called me and offered me two add on card with monthly rental of just Rs. 99/- (not each card with Rs. 99/- monthly rental). I agreed on this, but once i received the confirmation letter it was written as Rs. 99/- monthly rental each. That since i had no any things in wirting to show i accepted.
Now i got much bigger problem again because of wrong information provided by sells executives and also intentionally no infomation provided by customer care. I got bill now and the data used charged as Rs. 1300/- approx and total bill amount is Rs. 2230/-. what a trick! i had activated 2 GB data on my old card (parent card) with that card i have taken add-on card, now they are saying u have not taken data for new card and internet used from new card so this much bill came. wou! how they think i’m so fool as i know 2 GB data available with just Rs. 50/- and i will pay Rs. 1300/= for 1 GB data. They know if they reveil the information i will activate this pack for new card also so they hide that and now they are asking this. what a billing system!!!!!!!!!!!
1. if this is add-on card and all the card owned by me then why to activate each service for all and even if u have different meaning for add-on card then why not the full information provieded to me?
2. if my data from other card getting used then wy not i have been intimated so that instead of getting charged on pro-rate basis i would have been activated the pack

These are some serious issues this company has to resolve
