Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

sir tata docomo tread me that if i dont deliver rs1518 within 5 hour, they charge me rs 14000 via kolkata high court on 6th june 2013. so I leave my all work of the day and paid their bill. actuly i use their sim befor four month, my adress is changed after that and i lost the sim also, so no way to reach the amount to 1520. i requested them many time for block my sim but it is still on, no one help me. previously i complain on grahak seva after that tata docomo conntect me and said that they said sorry to me but they did not refund my money or not block my sim. I claim the amount of my whole day(6th june) which i lost for their stupidy, i have all call record which i made with them.
