Name of company/service: Tata Docomo data card company
I brought Tata Docomo dongle & after buying I have informed & spoken with Tata docomo customer cares many times that I am facing problem with their internet service.
When I have called in the 1st month to the customer care of Tata Docomo that I am not getting good connection they said 1st month you will face problem but from the 2nd month you will get good connectivity. But in the 2nd month also it continues the same. Again I called the customer care in the 2nd month after seeing the bill, asked him to disconnect it but he said I will reduce your bill saying that instead of Rs.1900/- change you just pay Rs.1400/- & assured that from now you will get good connection. I agreed for that too.
But next day the Tata Docomo-service Engineer called & he himself told that our service is not available till my area(Medchal). But during buying the product itself I asked the sales person of tata docomo that will there be signal in my area, he said yes you can use anywhere.
I have given Kachiguda address proof as the sales person itself told me that I can use the data card any where but he needs Hyderabad address. So, I have given one of my friends address proof.
Then in b/w one of your customer care asked me to take the internet Speedtest on site where I should get 256mbps I didn’t even received 10mbps.
Then why should I pay the bill??????
Please help me in this everyday one of the person from Tata Docomo department calls me & says I am calling from legal department pay the bill.
