I had applied for tata docomo postpaid plan of Rs. 899/- and wanted my current number 9900994330 (airtel) to be ported through MNP. The executive came and asked me the fill the form, and took a cheque of Rs 899/- in favour of TATA TELESERVICES LTD Dated 21/07/2012.Also they asked me to give the MNP code. After giving all the documents a person came for my address verification. Till Now my number has not been ported to tata docomo. when I called the customer care they are saying ” This is sales department and we cannot do anything, please call 121 from a tata docomo postpaid or walky.” I am not able to reach anyone and get the information. Interestingly the amount(Rs 899/-) has been deducted from my account by depositing the cheque.
