tata docomo mobile plans activations unnecessarily

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

Iam using Tata Docomo 9030445848, with out any information they are activating unnecessary applications, this is 3rd time i had given the complaint on that, they are refunding the amount, but still they are doing the same unwanted activations, please consider my complaint, they had activated one application an 18th november 2012 without any intimation and they are reneweling that i came to know an 21st November, from 18th onwards they are deducting Rs 5 for each day.
