On 20th November. I had recharged of 39 special pack [promotional sms coming from (TD-610414)]. Recharge was successful and i got 150 Mb on the spot (Validity – 7 days) but i did not have the promotional balance of 350 MB (Validity – 30 days) to be given within 2 days of recharge of special pack. For that I registered a complaint via chat the representative told me on 4th December they will give me decision. But I was not informed about the decision and according to RTI the company should inform me. Till 11th December i not got any phone call from company regarding this. I have proof of both offer sms received from Tata DoCoMo and recharge done. Tata DoCoMo is total cheat. And i will not tell u the complaint number. You can check from your record. My mobile no. is 8866333645 as you have records. Proof is that when before 4th I retold my problem on chat. The representative straight away told me that on 4th December you will know about the decision.
Second i can talk thought the representative on phone 198 or 121 only once thought a day. By mistake e the phone is cut when it is on waiting as all customer care executives are busy then when i redial 198 or 121 (any one)then when i choose to talk to the representative then it is told that all our representatives are busy for further queries e-mail us at …. When i talked about this on phone once your person told me that this is the policy of Tata DoCoMo. What is this? You are cheating me. Help me today anyhow..
