Tata docomo gprs balence loss

I purchased new docomo prepaid sim in june 2011.. I recharge with first recharge of 61. On that recharge i got 2 gb internet balence with 6 month validity..of that 2gb internet balence i used 1 gb.. After 1 month they added remainin 1 gb..1 day after this when i checked my internet balance it was only 8 mb something..i was shocked i called costomercare..after 5-6 calls they took my complaint..they called me and told me that your internet balence will be given to you upto 11th aug…i use internet daily, due this inconvinience whenever i was using internet my main talktime balence was getting i again activated 48 ruppee internet plan which also give 1 gb internet balence for 1 month…and next day when i checked gprs balence that 1 gb balence also was showing just 100 mb. There no 3g here to use 1 gb in one day!..i shocked.,i lost about 80 ruppees due to this. i called custmor care..they said upto 11th august ur all internet balence will be given to you.. Today its 15 augst still i havent got my internet balence..i am calling custmorcare every day..everytime they are giving different answers..(that you problem will be solved in 24 hours, call after 6 hours we have no records of this..we have given u all balence).. Sir, please help me, every time custmor care are giving me wrong information different answers.. It realy made me cry.. What should i do now.. Please help me.. My email [email protected]
