Talktime offer is tottlly froud to custumers.no response to send code to 9664653344 and helpline no 011 6515 4400 is tottly wrong.ivr says this no is incorrect.

Dear sir, parly company Tottly cheats to comsumers.they sell our 1kg namkeens to custumers and give offer up to 250 talktime to any mobile no. But when send msg to given number 9664653344 than no reply from number balance dedect for send msg.msg send by me as per their rules
And also they given helpline no is 011 6515 4400 also not working.ivr says this number is incorrect
Please i request that these great company is punished by you
Please do action against this company athourwise thay again do this work.
