T24 Talk Time Not Credited for shopping at Brand Factory

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Brand Factory and T24

I shopped at Brand Factory, Lumbini Mall, Road No 2, Banjara Hills,Hyderabad. for Rs.7652.00 on 21/10/2012. i paid bill using city bank credit card ends with 5837.
and also i used payback card 9401153807257905. payback points credited but T24 talktime not credited.

Addess of Brand Factory.

But i didn’t get the T24 talktime(125). i contacted four times executives of help desk of T24 in Brand Factory.

every time they take my number and reply as tommorow evening your talktime will credit.

l called to t24 customer care(121) executive but no use. and tried to contact Brand factory customer care executives, but no response.

T24 customer executive asked me for cash memo number and tld number. but i didn’t get those on my bill. only i have the above mentioned details on my bill.
