T-pad Delivery not on time as commited

Dear Sir

I do have a complaint about the company Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
as i was applied for the BSNL-Tpad and recieved the confirmation massage that the tpad is ready for the delivery and on that i made the payment on 29the may 2012

the tat is written as 3 days for paymewnt confirmation and then they will take 24-48 hours to deliver the Tpad but after a long follow up with the compapany and chasing them for product i have not recieved the product and not getting the sufficient answer

please help as its been so imbas=rresing and herresing also
