Symphony -Not responding to complaints or service requests

Dear Team,
I have purchased a Hi-Cool Smart i (Residential Cooler) on 5th April 2014. My first complain logged on 7th April with Complain no. ND-FM-6D14001 for the issue water pump was not working. Within 1 month the same problem again found for water pump motor and PCB is not working. So, I again logged a complaint (ND-AQ-27E14005/ND-KS-23E14008/ND-AQ25E14012) and also mailed to Mr. Sanju Srivastava having M.No- 7428961523 and Email id [email protected], and regularly called him to share the status but no any prompt support found. I never expect service like this form symphony.
