I had purchased Symphony’s Kaizen JR. cooler from HOMESHOP18 on 30th May 2012. I received the product on 02nd June 2012 via courier. The purchased product start giving problem from 8th Day of receipt of the product this is really humbug. I try to lodge the complaint on symphony service centre on given no. i.e. 07930130111 but its getting diverted to IVR and after sometime the call cuts automatically. Further I lodge my complaint twice to their official website on 02nd July 12 & 05th July 12 on www.symphonylimited.com but no one has replied or no call from Symphony have been received for atleast 10 days.
After that I received call from one service person and he has confirm that my complaint will be attended in 2-3 working days, but when nobody has came I call him on his cell and then he switched off his mobile WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS?
So finally I lodge my complaint to HOMESHOP18 and they gave me a verbal confirmation that our complaint will be attended within 2-3 working days but the same scene has repeated. NO ONE HAS ATTENDED MY COMPLAINT. I have made several calls to HOMESHOP18 to attend my service query but they are unable to do solve it.
I am helpless now my cooler is idle over a period of 1 month. I think I have purchased a crap of 4290.
