I have bought a symphony Winter cooler on 08-04-2012 from Kumar Electronics, 1990 railway road Narela delhi – 40
Here is the details :

Product – Symphony Cooler; Model –Winter ; Serial Number -14A1611C56756.

This product has stopped functioning (the Swing of the cooler is not working).
Pads are also need to be changed.

Repeated complaint has been made to Symphonycomfort and in response I have received SMS acknowledgement fromSymphony with complaint number NKE-9G 12005, NKE-11G 12006, NKE-16G 12004, NKE-16G 12013 and received a call several times from mobile number ( 9555955856). Every time I complained I received the same SMS.
Every time I am told that the person tried to contact me but I was not reachable which is not true. In addition whenever I tried calling on the number mentioned in the SMS, it is either switched off or no one is responding.

My problem is never resolved nor even attended. I am being rolled from the court of Symphony and always ending up in receiving the same SMS with a new request number and mobile number. The contact person is never reachable.

Please take sharp action on this and get my issue resolved.
