symphony air cooler model Diet t-22 was purchased on 03.04.2012. The cooler has been giving trouble right from day one. The fan of the cooler is not working. I lodged my complaint with customer care vide request No.NSS-2g12010 on 02.07.2012.However, my compain has not been attended by the co. Whereas, the company policy says the compaint shall be resolved within 24hrs.I request that either the product be replaced immediately or the discrepancy in the product be resolved in such fashion that it does not occur too frequently
