Chairman,Secretary,Project Management Consultant & Managing Committee, have knowingly suppressed society’s Balance Un-utilised FSI benefit in Double-Digit Multi Crores to society members. I have reported to Dy.Registrar Co-op Soc. of our ward. They too are not taking any action. Should I file a case in consumer court making society management,PMC and Dy.Registrar party to this fraud? Pl. guide. Within how much time I can expect justice?
