I had paid Rs16599/-on 24/01/2018 for a Hublot Spider watch through NEFT.As the watch was not genuine piece,I returned it as per their return policy. Till today I’ve not been paid back Rs16599/-.On following up,the company came up with various excuses and urged for another piece of watch ,but since I don’t consider them to be reliable I demanded refund. On several occasions I had made telephonic calls and sent emails too but to no effect. Now it’s about FOUR months since 24/01/2018 and I feel cheated. I’ve the records of emails sent & received and will be happy to share with you ,whenever asked to do so. Please look into the matter and help me out.
