Hi there ,
i Am a registered Unsatisfied user on Sulekha under the category Physiotherapist doctors . i was not getting proper leads from Hyderabadso i complained and the executive got me transferred to mumbai,but i wanted to cancel it and wanted a refund so i called ur executive for a month continously but he did not reply and in January i personally went to the office in hyderabad and applied for cancellation i have the proof emails too , now after 5 months even i havent recieved my cheque the executives tells me tat he has already applied for the refund and in may 2012 i recieved a call from chennai saying that the cheque has been dispatched and the same would be delivered in a week …. but till now i havent recieved the cheque and there is no responsible person who is taking up the case instead i am being transferred here and there for no reason …
On 19th June i received a call a lady in sulekha saying that my package is goin to expire and i need to renew it and without listening to me she just hanged the phone.
I Told the same to ROHIT( executive),but he started blaming it onto the finance head .
Please look into the matter and provide justice
