I have bought a voltas AC 1.5 from flipkart.com on 4th june 2012. I am living in Delhi and I bought that AC for my parents in Kolkata. I put my order to dever in Kolkata. The price of the AC was paid through credit card. The AC was delivered on 7th June. On 10 th June one installation tea arrived and they tried to install the AC. In doing that as they told us that the AC is faulty. The inside fan is making noise. So tommorow they will come and install the product. After that nobody has come and the AC remain unassembled as it was. We have called flipkart.com since sunday somany timea. Everytime they are telling they have registered the complain and it will be done by tommorow. The fial tommoraow has never come yet. I dont know why have done such a misstake to purchase the AC from flipkart.com. We have also requested to voltas company. But now I lost my hope.
