Dear Sir/Mam,
I am Tushar Gosavi from Mumbai. I subscribe 1 year filmfare hindi Magzine on 16/11/2011 from 1stJan 2012 (12 copy in a year). Now its 6 month and in this duration i received only 4 copy and not recived 2 copy yet.
I am very tired by this service and every month I lauch complain about delay of magzine and about not received copy. But I did not get such positive resposne. I already talked with their executive on – 022-39898090 number name Yusa/Pratikha/Utika and my last complain no. 595172 but still its 3rd week and they did not give copy of this month which need to be there in 1st week by courrier.
I am very frusted by this and want now my money back.
