Dear Sirs,
Sub: Complaint against Capital Foods Ltd on Chings Eggs Hakka Noodles.
I had purchased a good number of packets of the above commodity from D Mart Departmental stores, Link Road, Malad. I found out the the Hakka Noodles were discharging a bad odour when prepared and hence, we had to dispose the contents in the waste bin. On the second and third occasion too we prepared the Hakka Noodles and the same outcome. I then got intouch with the consumer cell of Capital Foods dt 11th July, 2012(email enclosed)
The concerned from the company contacted me on phone and said that they would look into the matter. When asked for his name, he said that he is barred from giving his name to any public. On 16th July, 2012, Mr. Vikas Shah, Key Account Manager (Cell 7738249393) 67740100-26766201) visited me with a prior appointment (he came 1 hour late for the appointment) and informed me to handover to him the unused packets of the Egg Hakka Noodles which were given to him. I told him that I could prove to his contention about the bad smell of the noodles when boiled but since I was going out for my work and he having come an hour late, I had no time to do so. He promised inititally the replacement of the stock, which was returned as well as the stock which was discarded by us. Some empty wrappers too were handed over to him. They all belonged to one and the same batch. He also promised that the matter would be investigated and he would revert.
On 20th July, I got a call from the Consumer cell that they would be giving a replacement of the Hakka Noodles. Again this official from Capital foods, did not give his identity to me.
Till date no one has contacted me neither are they receiving my calls. I solicit your action in the matter. The copy of my email is attached herewith for your reference.

Dear Sir,
Sub: Substandard Chings Secret Hakka Egg and Vegetable Noodles.
We have been using your product for the past few months. The entire quantity of Hakka Noodles was purchased from D Mart Link Road, Malad West, Mumbai 400064.
For the initial few months, the product was found to be excellent except for the last consignment purchased from D’Mart which I am to believe is a highly substandard quality. The entire noodles when boiled discharge a foul odour indicating that there is definitely something wrong with your product.
For our last function had at our house, the entire quantity of Hakka Noodles already boiled had to be thrown away since we were sure we would receive complaints from our guests. Giving it another chance, the balance packets too have the same complaint when prepared.
I cannot understand that spending almost double the amount for your hakka noodles compared to the local brands available, we have to sacrifice on quality.
I am giving herewith the details available on the wrapper so that you can let me know the result of your investigation and compensation for all the consignment destroyed and the balance consignment lying with me. I will also be constrained to caution public through my notification about the purchase of your product inview of my experience.
