Dear Chief Functionary of Consumer forum

1st of all we tried to reach you out on your email id,but that was wrong.
This is with regards to a FAKE complaint page created on your portal. On behalf of our company, I wish to list down my immediate concern that need to be addressed by your company.
The portal Consumerforums.in contains a FAKE complaint page on its portal which has now started to be an issue for our online reputation. Firstly, the page is not owned by us and has been created by an unknown illegitimate third party.
We have been ignoring the matter for a while now but its beyond our patience level to deal with it. We have started to receive useless, false and wrong claims/ irrelevant complaints on the mail trail which may cause harm to our brand image.

This mischief is to be taken care off or else we will have to take strict course of legal actions.

Within 48 hours, we need a corrective action for the same as our brand wouldn’t not want to suffer due to your careless action. If there’s a portal created by you, the onus lie in you to check for credibility too. These irrelevant comments on the mail trail are making the links stronger and affecting our business values.
