I have been using my Airtel Sim as my main Number for a good time now and have always managed my account in a sensible way. I have never been let down in such a way before by any other mobile service provider.
On end of june i received a message from airtel that u donot submit any documents for verification and your service is being stopped until reverification. They stopped my service at that night without giving any time.
I am using airtel service since last 6 years with proper documents. They donot give me any time and discontinued my connection, i then go to the nearst airtel shop and submit my documents and Rs 30(dont know for what prupose) and they say it will be activated in next 3 days.
after 3 days i visit that shop and calls airtel customer care for 30 days but they do not give me proper reply.
Three days earlier one lady called me and tell me my no is reallocated and it cant be activeted again, sorry, I shoked on hear this , i argue with her but she gives me only one rply that this no is reallocated.
But why airtel doesnot have a function called grace period which other operator have, why they immediately stop service after giving a short message. My 6 years contacts are from airtel, i make a lots and lots of recharges, but why this happens. I need a proper answer and i need my number back anyhow,pleaseeeee.
I am very disappointed with the level of service I received. I tell my friends to stopped using Airtel sim until this matter gets resolved, as I do not support that type of practice.
