starting of value added services w/o any confirmation

Name of company/service: Airtel india

Airtel India is starting value added services on my sim without any confirmation and cutting amount from my balance . the customer executives also don’t come in contact nd does not help .
the services added are :
astrology
dating tips
which i didnt subscribed to.
for which i want my balance back which was cut for this services.
