Star cj miss leading customers and not taking their product back

When I orderd a product they gave 18605007008 for answering any queries.
After the product arrived I did not like the quality and so wanted to return it so I called on the above mentioned number but they did not connect even after trying many times.
Firstly they give number which doesn’t connect and when you somehow connect through another number they make excuses of policies.
They are trying to dupe customers by giving wrong numbers.
