STANDARD CHARDTERED BANK : Misleading information and charging Interest over Interest on Credit Card

This is Manish Sachan having one Credit Card of Standard Chartered Bank; I found that I had made one transaction of 3520.00INR towards IRCTC on 17th of May 2014 which has been reverted by IRCTC after two days i.e. on 19th of May 2014. Looking to Bank portal I found that there is only one transaction of Credit instead of two separate transaction Debit and Credit, which is misleading and pain full to Bank customers and against to Financial Laws.
I also found the Bank is charging Interest over interest, as I made full outstanding amount 13th of May 2014 as my billing cycle is 13th to 13th on every month, Bank has calculated the Interest of remaining days which I paid on 3rd of June 2014. Now that Bank is again calculating interest as 89.50 with Service Tax 11.06 INR.
Please help and try to justify me.
