With deep dissatisfaction, I would like to lodge a complaint against the Airtel.
I have port my number from idea to airtel prepaid i.e 9911773446 on 24 october 2017 from airtel store dilshad garden. I gave them 200 rupees for my first recharge but amount is not use for that. They didn’t recharge my number. My scdule is too tight so after some month when i got time i visited airtel store and mr. Sushil (9971228817) attend me. He said that he can not refund the amount in cash so i have to make recharge of same amount in any airtel number but that time i was uncomfortable to recharge my number so he made a slip with his no. And said to come any time with slip to recharge whenever i can. So my sister visited the store with slip but he denied and said this slip is not valid and i will not recharge. I have requested many time but he refused nd misbehaved.so,kindly take action regarding this and i want my amount so do the needful.
