Hi,
I have resigned my company and served notice properly. At the last day they gave me all the document but my dues are there.
But now they are paying the salaries to working employees not mine. i had lot of email and phone conversation between us. They are saying that they had no sufficient funds to pay my salary but they are paying salaries to working employees.
Please let me know what to do ???
