Dear Sir,
I had purchased a LG 1.5 Tons Split Air Conditioner model NO:LSA5AR3T through your authorized dealer, i.e,LG Showroom J-678 sector-18 Noida Uttar Pradesh(UP) with Invoice No.NORI00811 on 27.05.2012.
In These 2 months I have faced the following issues with the AC.
1. Water leakage inside the room
2. Sound problem both indoor and outdoor
3. Air swing problem
4. Cooling is also not at desired level
I called in customer care to report the same multiple times after which Junior and senior Engineers visited my place. But the problem still remains.
Since the AC is in warranty period, I have requested for the replacement of the same but there has been no response even from the senior management.
Therefore, after having gone through a lot of mental stress and financial loss, I have decided to raise it as a concern with your reputed office. Kindly register this as my compliant against LG Electronics Pvt. Ltd.
