Split AC service under warranty

Location/place: D-239, Ist Floor, Vivek Vihar

I have made complaint for my split ac of make whirlpool on 11th april. A engineer visited on 16th april and said power PCB needs to be changed and compressor is also dead and needs to be changed. He took Rs. 300 as visit charges and 345 as transport charges for new compressor. Since then no one has come to change even after making atleast 50 phone calls at customer care.
