Split AC Installation

I have purchased a 1T Split A.C.Model no. LSA3AR2T from Barmecha Refrigeration Private Limited
Address: 1 Chandni Chowk Street,Main Market, Kolkata on 13/06/2012 via invoice no. 566. The same was installed on 15/06/2012. The installation was made at 11:00 pm night. On the next day morning I found out that the outdoor unit is not screwed with the clamp. On 16/06/2012 I lodged a complain at LG Service Center (Compalin No. RNA120616045803). The representative committed that action will be taken within 24 hrs. Today is 19/06/2012 and till date no action has been taken. I usually spend daily half an hour calling service center and LG Shoppee but all give false promises and till date no action has been taken. If any thing happen to the outdoor unit by falling or if it falls on somebody who will take the responsibility? This is the kind of service that LG provides then why they make false commitments. I have nearly 6-7 products of LG in my residence and this is the first time I am facing such problem. Is the company going down? Should I stop purchasing further LG Products?
