I had purchased Split AC of 1.5 T in Sept 2011.
After installation trial conducted but due to requirement was not too much, proper testing of system could not done.
In April’12, when we again started the unit, we found water droplets at IDU (Indoor Unit).
We lodged complaint on 23/4/12. Complaint no. is 12042301865.
After sevral reminders and follow up, Hitachi service person reported on 10/5/2012 and found that the IDU is having a problem and needs to be replaced.
Since then I am following up with Mr. Tarun Verma (cell no. 09311104198) and some times with India Operations head Mr. Tejveer Singh (09311118193) and still looking for replacement.
