Location/place: Ghaziabad (NCR)

I purchase a split A.C from Narula Electronics Navyug Market, GZB, It was not working properly from the date of installation, i had launched a compliant regarding this twice first on 24th of May and second on 2nd of June.
But no body response on that.
I just fed up with that, i need my money back. Please help me.
