I am a student from raipur and I am using internet from my mobile from last 2 years.
Last month I switched to TATA DOCOMO because the cost of using internet is quiet low than others. Company says that the speed of internet in their service is between 32-48Kbps but I am getting a speed of about 8-12Kbps for which I complained manier time but no appropriate solution I get yet. Before 2 days one of their engineer were visited my place to trace the speed and he too admitted that the speed is low in my house and assured me to solve this problem in next 24 hours but I still have the same problem I tried a lot to contact the NODAL OFFICER MR. NEERAJ PANDEY I leave a mail to him regarding my problem but he too did nothing and when I tried to call him he did’nt received my call.
One thing which I observed is when I have no internet plans (by which the cost of internet is low) speed is good but when I have any plan on my number the speed automatically decreases.
Please help me on this
