Speed Issue to company Need to resolve

Hi Team,
I have registered a complaint 35 days ago…but the company unable to resolve the issue. when I call his service center they always advise me please wait to give more time we are working on this after 30 days they still clueless. Nobody taking his responsibility and resolving the issue.. after 35 days they still advising me please wait we is working on it… I don’t know what are doing.

I humbly request you to please interfere matter and take action.
