Hi, I am using MTS data card for about 40-45 days. Since then I am not getting the speed they said that i will get the speed of up to 3.1 MBPS but i am getting only 10-100 KBPS is worse than mobile .I have filled 3 complaint for that Now MTS people saying that your location comes under poor network coverage area you will not get the speed in that location use the data card in other location as of now we do not have any solution … If they are not providing the speed they should refund my amount , they are saying your data card will not be refunded … pls help me out …..I have already wasted my 10 in Customer care & almost 500 rs on calling to customer care ..
